Taking the Scenic Route

#135 Boring little knitting update. Gaining skill in backtracking to redo on the sock.

#134 My fancy knitting storage…a $.10 pencil case from the after school sales for the 6in dpns, and and Zane’s old glasses case for the 4in dpns (and some crochet hooks that were my grandmas, and the ever needed fingernail clippers for yarn cutting and nail snags)

#133 The best stimmy pinwheel ever made..it has a sparkly reflective surface, is lightweight and spins with minimal effort. They are reasonably sturdy too, at least for the price.

#132 Our phones, side by side, during daytime hours. This used to be a rare thing because both of us were wearing them all day.

#131 Zora and Kaz (my BFF’s son, who lives in KC area now) hit it off like they had spent a lifetime as best buds.

#130 My sock is finally making it past the toe. The toe ended up frogged 10 times before I was happy enough to move on. OCD tendencies make knitting a cheap hobby because it takes forever to use up the yarn. lol.

#128 Playing “Flux” with Robert. The Monty Python version was particularly entertaining.

#127 Quintessential Zora: In her princess outfit, playing with a backhoe, refusing to admit she might be tired and falling asleep mid roll.

#129 Bedtime Story.  AlphaOops! is really an awesome book.  It was quickly one of Zane’s favorites, and Zora is requesting it too.

#126 The semester ends for Speech Therapy.
