From my mom’s email about Joy -
The scope showed that one of the two ‘vegetations’ is gone, and the other is 30% gone. She will stay on the antibiotic for a while to see if that takes care of the rest of the vegetation. They will scope her again, probably later this month. When I talked to her last night, she seemed encouraged.
Now she seems to have picked up a cold. She’s hoping that the scope that they stuck down her throat is the cause of her sore throat, but she has more symptoms, so we’ll see.
Sounds like she is doing a lot better, but lets hope that isn’t a cold comming!
