Two fun “baby things” I discovered.
First, the Belly Hugger. An alternative to the typical nursing wear. It is such a simple, yet brilliant idea. I can not believe nobody thought of it sooner. Maybe I can take something I have and make one. Ok, who am I kidding, I will just wish I could get some because it looks like such a cool idea but never actually spend the money on myself or attempt to sew with stretchy material like that. lol.
Second, Baby Legs. They would make changing diapers so much simpler, especially since I am having a winter baby. One of the cool things about this is a comment made by a mama who got these for her little one. Evidently, her grandma (or great-grandma) got all excited upon seeing them because that is how they dressed all of their kids. Everything old is new again. lol. There was also a discussion that talked about buying women’s novelty socks, the wilder the better, and cutting the toes out. You can often find the wild novelty socks on clearance. In theory, I could knit some, but this seems like one of those deals where it would make more sense to spend that energy on actual longies instead of just tubes.
On one final note, the Hathor comic is so great today! Love it!
We have baby legs — we LOVE baby legs!!! So cute under dresses and for sleeping in. Fantastic for EC’ing families, especially in winter.
I want some now! LOL I had seen the banner ad at MDC but always forgot to click on it. I love the rainbow stripes, and although I can’t buy anything for a few weeks I don’t see a price anywhere. HOw much are they>?
I too have seen the baby legs on ec’ers
